We are pleased to announce the launch of our new ACGME‑accredited Nuclear Medicine Residency Program, which will welcome its inaugural class of three residents on July 1, 2026.
Under the leadership of Program Director Bital Savir‑Baruch, MD, MBA, FACNM, the program provides comprehensive training in diagnostic nuclear medicine, theranostics, and advanced molecular imaging. Residents will train within a rapidly expanding clinical and research environment closely integrated with the nationally recognized Theranostics Center of Excellence at Banner–University Medical Center Tucson.
This new residency underscores our commitment to advancing precision imaging, targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy, and preparing the next generation of leaders in nuclear medicine.
