Daniel Lee, MD

Clinical Assistant Professor
Neurointerventional Radiology

Daniel W. Lee, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences specializing in Neurointerventional Radiology.

As a neurointerventional radiologist and integral member of the stroke response team, Dr. Lee plays a critical role in delivering rapid, lifesaving care to patients experiencing acute neurological emergencies. With expertise in advanced image-guided procedures, Dr. Lee specializes in minimally invasive interventions to restore blood flow, reduce disability, and improve long-term outcomes. His collaboration with multidisciplinary specialists ensures swift diagnosis and targeted treatment during time-sensitive stroke protocols.

Raised in Hawaii, Dr. Lee is an active member of the Radiological Society of North America and a senior member of the Society of Neurointerventional Surgery. When he is not working, he is a self-described sports fanatic, and particularly enjoys baseball both as a player and as a spectator.
